From a performing artist to a healing artist, I bring my journey to strength into the light. I share my BodyLogos Method as a lifestyle posture and fitness practice.

As a Broadway dancer turned Tao Minister, my mind-body strength method––BodyLogos––unites principles from Eastern and Western philosophies. My book, “The Art of Strength: Sculpt the Body – Train the Mind,” published with Balboa Press in 2019 offers the nuts and bolts of the BodyLogos Method.
