The bodyLOGOS App will show you how to bridge fitness and wellness to transform your tension into strength.

This work is especially suited for ambitious people who are sick of feeling the tension and overwhelm of chasing personal success and want to shape shift it into peace under pressure! This is the how-to for feeling relaxed on the inside and strong on the outside – something I call relaxed strength.

‘Inner’ and ‘outer’ strength combined into one discipline offers you a time-efficient active meditation workout that sculpts your body and trains your mind. BodyLogos practice supports alignment between your body’s strength and your mind’s ambition, so that you experience peace under pressure––in and out of your workouts!

The bodyLOGOS App is your practical guide to relaxed strength and I am your home fitness mind-body strength trainer. To kickstart your mind-body strength training I’ve developed the Relaxed Strength Training!

The Relaxed Strength Training is a WorkIN WorkOUT that connects you to your best-self throughout the day. If you want a practice that maintains mind-body balance as a lifestyle and can be practiced daily in your workouts. BodyLogos is that practice!

The Relaxed Strength Challenge is a 5-week deep dive that offers:
