The Art of Strength Deep Dive resolves physical, mental, emotional and spiritual pain using mind body alignment. Simultaneously, you’ll get fit and stand centered in your strength and confidence.

  • Phase 1:  READINESS TRAINING (5-weeks) You’ll discover how to FEEL rather than THINK your body’s experience. You’ll learn to listen to and benefit from your body’s language.
  • Phase 2: MIND BODY STRENGTH TRAINING (5-weeks) You’ll learn where your body carries various emotions, how the body blocks emotions through tension, and how to create positive change using posture, strength training, visualization and mindset. You’ll transform your TENSION patterns into PEACE practices.
  • Phase 3: WELLNESS TRAINING (5-weeks) You’ll recognize and analyze your unique mis-alignments. You’ll learn to create your own workouts to resolve physical conditions and emotional  issues. You’ll master feeling RELAXED and STRONG.

The Mind Body Adventure App is a comprehensive support system that you can access through your devices. It’s where daily mind body strength training workouts, meditations and practical Tao mindsets live. This App can guide you back to yourself to feel relaxed and strong, self-aligned and self-confident any place, any time, you need it.
